Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been activated or rendered. However, if you experience technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to review.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing dispute, please contact our billing department within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, issue an appropriate credit or refund.
Cancellations
You may cancel your services at any time. Depending on the terms of your plan, early termination fees may apply. Monthly subscriptions that are canceled mid-cycle will not be refunded for the remaining days.
Equipment Returns
If any equipment (such as modems or routers) was provided, it must be returned in good working condition within 15 days of service cancellation. Non-returned or damaged equipment may result in additional charges.
